Shift Times: 2:30pm-11:00pm Pay: $22.60 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities: - This position will work be out on the production floor 70% of the time. - Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety. - Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements. - Completes new employee orientation. - Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary. - Performs translation duties. - Performs other duties as assigned by management.
