General Summary The Office Administrator is responsible for various administrative functions including duties related to human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, offsite and managed inventory, budgets and the weekly P&L. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the AR/AP/Collections procedure - Identify, research, and resolve administrative problems and opportunities - Cross train and fill in as necessary for other administrative staff - Process weekly profit & loss statements - Analyzing and correcting variances - Analyzing trends on statements - Assist in analyzing and identifying potential areas where cost savings may be realized - Enter data regarding the annual operating budget - Assist/troubleshoot accounting functions in accordance with established procedures and Company policy - Review Internal Control Checklist with management - Provides assistance in answering phones and welcoming guests - Perform other duties and special projects as needed Job Specifications: Knowledge: - High school diploma or equivalent - Two to five years of office administration or related work experience - Working knowledge of computer use and business-related software...
