The Outbound Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading daily outbound shipping operations to ensure timely, accurate, and service-driven order fulfillment across all distribution channels, including E-Commerce, Domestic, and International. This role partners cross-functionally to maintain operational excellence, meet service level commitments, and support a high-performing shipping team within a fast-paced distribution environment.
