Role and Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning / Management - Establish and manage annual maintenance / repair plan and budget - Request for renovation, and issue a purchase order (PO) - Manage maintenance / repair performance Investment Planning / Management: - Establish and manage annual investment plan and budget - Review construction investment techniques - Review construction drawing and make simple modification (P&ID, etc.) - Write down specifications for a new construction, and write down construction documents for a public use - Request for new construction's quotation, and issue a construction purchase order (P/O) - Manage construction investment performance Facility Inspection and Technical Support: - Review / repair the facility based on the requests received by the system - Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly facility inspection - Identify the cause of the construction abnormalities and review the technology.
