Job Description: Role Purpose: A unique opportunity to manage the menu planning cycle for the portfolio of Greene King brands, engaging directly with food development and wider central support teams to bring the food proposition to life and manage the complex and multi-facetted process & systems. Responsibilities: - Line management of the Menu Process Team - Data input and maintenance of the recipe database system - STEP - Consulate with the relevant delivery / support teams to map out the yearly menu plans and engage with the Menu Change Coordinator to input into the menu development workflow tool (MDW) - Publish relevant process reports to food development in line with the process map. - Manage and monitor PQS response within the food team. - Manage and monitor p...
