Job Description: The ideal candidate for this role must have experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to multitask and perform with a great level of efficiency and attention to detail. Performs diverse, advanced, and confidential business support functions. Must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment. Key responsibilities include: - Council Meeting Coordination - Maintain daily Council Approval meeting calendar and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts that arise in a professional and timely manner - Anticipate necessary deal approval route, and liaise with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information - Work with Deal Teams to ensure accuracy of Deal Memos submitted for approval and completion of Regulatory & Compliance items - Circulate meeting planners, deal materials and confirmation emails to council members, deal team contact, and Capital Commitments Chair - Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with discretion - Data and Reporting - Create meeting minutes and maintain distribution group lists - Track all deal information, materials and minutes/approval summaries/electronic approvals in...
