The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our HR Team. This role will be based in 333 Matheson Blvd W, Mississauga, ON L5R 3G3! and support our Ashley Canada Distribution Centre As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing counsel and the highest quality of HR support to your regional managers and teams. You will coach and support management with the administration of TDG Human Resources policies, procedures and initiatives and work closely with the rest of the HR team in areas of health and safety, talent acquisition, retention and talent development, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management and overall legal compliance. This position is being posted to fill an immediate staffing need within the department.
