What This Role Is… As a Staff Tech Lead f or Retail Sales Enablement at CITY Furniture, you'll provide technical leadership across engineering teams building the systems that power our retail sales floor—point of sale applications, payment processing, and sales associate tooling. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own architectural decisions, build out our tech debt roadmap, and work closely with senior and staff engineers to ship features while improving the health of our systems. You'll be the technical point of accountability across teams and the person our Engineering Manager relies on to translate business priorities into executable technical plans. If you've worked in retail tech, understand the complexity of integrating modern applications with legacy backends, and enjoy bringing clarity to complex systems—this role was written for you.
