Description We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support an established litigation attorney in our Cincinnati office. This role will serve as the primary and sole paralegal in this location , managing cases independently while collaborating closely with the assigned attorney and firmwide litigation team. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation and personal injury experience , is highly organized, and thrives in a role that offers both autonomy and accountability . What You’ll Do: Case Management & Litigation Support: - Independently manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution - Obtain, review, organize, and summarize medical records - Conduct insurance coverage investigations - Prepare and maintain damage summaries, including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage - Assist with discovery responses, subpoenas, and litigation deadlines - Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and third-party providers - Prepare case files for litigation and trial support as needed - Draft correspondence and other legal documents related to case management - Assist the attorney with settlement documentation, disbursement...
