The general custodian/ utility and floor care professional will be responsible for completing the following job duties: Complete assigned custodial responsibilities in a commercial cleaning account. Responsible for completing all tasks assigned in the specified allotted time and for ensuring a high level of quality in all tasks performed. Conduct regular checks and clean-up of outside grounds. Complete thorough cleaning and policing of the garages in the morning/afternoon. Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; empty and clean ash trays and cigarette burns.
