Your Team: This role sits within the Sales Strategy and Adviser Services at CFS, a national function dedicated to shaping and executing sales and engagement strategies. The team’s mission is to design and enable sales pathways—either through direct engagement or in partnership with Distribution’s sales teams. Your Responsibilities: Lead the analysis and presentation of adviser NPS and sentiment across all product lines to drive awareness, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences and market leading products.
