SUMMARY: The position of Loan Servicing Administrator services commercial real estate loans sold as participations to community banks and credit unions nationwide. This position is responsible for processing construction draws, escrow disbursing, coordinating loan closings, tracking loan covenants, invoicing, and processing payments. Serves as a primary contact for participant banks, borrowers and other members of the department.
