As a Technical Specialist, you will support the Case Management teams by providing up-to-date technical guidance on the NSW CTP scheme. You will operate in a customer-centric environment focused on the proactive management of claims. This role is best suited to someone with demonstrated experience working within the MAIA scheme in a similar capacity.
