Position Overview: As a Quality Technician , you will be a member of the Quality Assurance Team, reporting to a Quality Supervisor or Manager. You will contribute to the success of Ball by inspecting in-process or finished products for quality; based on Ball internal specifications and will advise production on results. The Glendale plant is a high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 4 days on 4 days off, rotating from days to nights every 32 days (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am).
