Perform routine and preventive maintenance in the repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment within assigned areas of Duke University Hospital and Medical Center. Work Arrangement – On-site: DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES: Experience/training in healthcare setting preferred. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training - High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience - Three (3) to four (4) years minimum experience required either in a specific trade or in general building maintenance and repair. OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid N.C. Driver's license and a driving history acceptable under the guidelines of the Safe Driving Policy. Be Bold.
