Job DetailsJob Location: Administration Building - Longview, TX 75605Responsible for performing title suspense and processing functions in accordance with specific state regulations. Places liens on titles used as collateral for loans. Sends out-of-state titles to corresponding state offices for processing with Credit Union liens. Answers questions from both members and Credit Union personnel regarding title processing and regulations. Completes related reports and paperwork and maintains and updates files. Researches and resolves recordkeeping errors or discrepancies. Completes miscellaneous clerical functions and assists Records personnel as necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: 1. Assumes responsibility for the effective and timely performance of title suspense and support functions. a. Verifies Credit Union liens on titles used as loan collateral. b. Checks titles to ensure that members have recorded current Credit Union lien information and correct personal data. c. Releases titles to dealerships when loans are paid off. d.
