Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: - Lead the global medical strategy for Oncology brands across multiple indications within the tumour area. - Ensure alignment between tumour‑level and brand‑level strategies to maximise medical impact. - Serve as a core member of the Tumour Global Medical Senior Leadership Team , shaping tumour‑level strategy and priorities. Medical Planning & Execution: - Develop and oversee strategic medical plans ensuring robust financial and resource planning across global and in‑market medical teams. - Lead development and execution of asset‑specific tactical plans , including: - Evidence generation - Scientific communications - Global external expert engagement - Diagnostics strategy - Patient‑centric initiatives Evidence & Insights: - Define Real‑World Evidence (RWE) strategy and external Key Evidence Expert (KEE) engagement plans. - Ensure global and in‑market insights effectively inform product development, brand positioning, and launch readiness.
