We are looking some someone who is a sales professional that excels in a team environment, enjoys building long-term agency relationships, and has experience working with carriers and/or FMOs. As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Agency Sales (internally known as the Agency Broker Relationship Manager), you will be responsible for developing, recruiting, and supporting partner agencies within an assigned region. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for agencies, balancing new partner recruitment, sales growth, and ongoing support to lead sustained revenue performance. You will report to the Associate Director of Brokerage Sales.
