Job description

- Coordinate, plan, and execute revenue growth strategies for the CPAP Call Center - Perform revenue growth analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate results of implemented strategies - Lead the day-to-day actions related to call center metrics - Maximize revenue and exceed established targets Job Responsibilities: - Manage and plan Outbound Dialer campaigns (using Avaya POM) to increase patient penetration - SME in all aspects of the AVAYA POM system - Improve call center agent metrics including, but not limited to efficiency and order conversion rate - Work collaboratively with business leaders to develop a continuous improvement culture - Analyze data to suggest opportunities for improving sales conversion and revenue growth - Work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines - Manage cost-saving initiatives, executing associated plans and meeting targets - Develop presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.) Qualifications: - Advanced knowledge in Excel and/or Tableau - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning (project management) skills - Strong background in analytical consulting, data science, or related fiel...
