RK&K is seeking an experienced and dynamic CEI Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in pursuing, obtaining, overseeing, and ensuring the quality of our construction projects across Georgia. The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, but we are open to other geographic locations within the state. Candidates with a Georgia Professional Engineering license are preferred, but it is not a requirement for consideration. Essential Function: - Grow the CEI program in Georgia for federal, state, and local agencies - Focus on client relationship development, strategic growth initiatives, and collaboration with partners - Coordinate with Practice Development, Technical, and Delivery Leaders as well as Marketing teams - Recruit, hire, train, retain, and manage CEI technical staff - Provide oversight and quality control and quality assurance for work performed under each agency contract - Determine inspection staffing needs and provide supervision and management - Update and track financial information, including cost projections for projects - Perform technical roles part-time as needed - Manage assigned project elements as an owner’s representative, ensuring...
