Description Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning including electrical, plumbing, painting, H.V.A.C. building, and demolition within our organization. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
