Job Description Lead Europ Assistance Group’s portfolio monitoring process end-to-end (governance, calendar, deliverables), and continuously enhance it with a strong focus on process evolution and automation. Drive improvements in the Group’s technical profitability Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and periodic technical performance reviews Actively contribute to the engagement and coordination of the Group’s Insurance Community Reporting & Review: · Act as process owner for Group portfolio monitoring: define the yearly monitoring calendar, align stakeholders on inputs/outputs, and ensure timely, consistent delivery across entities. · Produce regular Group-level reports on portfolio profitability, providing actionable insights for decision-makers. · Conduct in-depth technical analyses and develop targeted action plans in partnership with underwriting teams. · Support budget and forecast processes by contributing technical insights and profitability projections in collaboration with finance. · Review and validate technical assumptions used in budget and forecast exercises to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Group standards. · Contribute to the preparati...
