Overview Provide clerical and administrative support to the assigned department manager. Responsibilities: - Maintain knowledge and ensure the protection of policies, practices, and requirements. - Assist in preparing project reports, progress summaries, spreadsheets, general letters, and other written material. - Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work. - Participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization. - Participate in various phases of a planned training. - Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings/workshops which provide for an increasing awareness of general knowledge of programs and current practices. - Uses acquired knowledge and skills to carry out and complete project activities. - Attend staff meetings and serve on project teams as required. - Coordinate all paperwork according to procedures. - Answer and route telephone calls, take messages, and arrange travel for manager or appropriate personnel. - Perform other duties as assigned.
