About the Role: Montecito Bank & Trust is offering a paid, part-time Organizational Learning Internship in our Organizational Learning (OL) department. As an Organizational Learning Intern, you will deliver a World Class Experience by supporting OL team members as well as other Bank departments. You will work in a fast-paced environment and work on projects related to associate training, e-Learning content and adoption, associate development plans, and utilizing training data. You will be located in Santa Barbara, CA with a fully on-site work schedule.
