Your role on the team: - Administer GEODIS payroll by ensuring all new hires, terminations, & status changes are updated in UKG, WFM and Oracle HCM Fusion. - Financial monitoring and reporting; coordinate information for budget management; coordinate data gathering for audits; oversight of payments. - Communicating actuals, trends, & variances of payroll reporting data to Payroll Director & leadership - Collaborate closely with our HR Service Center for newly hired employees into our systems - Review of compliance issues, manager, and complete compliance task; review inquiries and make determinations as to corrective actions. - Payroll communication, evaluation, creation, review, and delivery - Develop custom reports to meet the requirements of payroll. - Solve employees’ toughest issues end-to-end with respect to all payrolls pay and deductions...
