Location: Baltimore/Charlotte We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of our prestigious clients at a Tier 1 Investment Bank. You will be working as part of a fast-paced Loan Servicing operations team, communicating with multiple teams internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Manage key loan lifecycle transactions such as payoffs, defeasances, borrower auto‑debit setup, and investor‑level updates tied to loan sales, transfers, and Agency securitizations. Ensure all servicing actions adhere to requirements set by the GSEs and internal operational standards. Analyze and interpret Agency loan documents—including notes, payoff instructions, riders, and modification agreements—to confirm that system data accurately reflects contractual terms. Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and provide well‑supported recommendations for corrections. Oversee the daily upload and approval of Bloomberg index data used for floating‑rate Agency loans. Implement index adjustments or benchmark changes as mandated by the GSEs or triggered by shifts in market conditions.
