Your mission, roles and responsibilities: As a Trainee FES (Faurecia Excellence System) and Productivity Engineer, you will support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across production, lean management, and productivity improvement activities. Support FES Excellence Initiatives: Support Productivity & Waste Reduction Projects - Support the deployment of FES standards and continuous improvement actions within the plant - Assist in implementing standardized work and lean manufacturing practices - Participate in FES training sessions and improvement workshops - Contribute to lead time reduction and continuous flow improvement projects - Support the deployment and monitoring of digital tools such as NEO, DMC, and mLean - Help collect and analyze operational data - Participate in sharing plant best practices - Identify productivity improvement opportunities within plant operations - Participate in productivity workshops and continuous improvement activities - Support waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and bott...
