About the role: WEG has an excellent opportunity for an HR Manager here in our Duluth office. You will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive productivity, engagement and retention that supports business objectives, company growth and promotes a positive employee experience. You lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and compliance practices that drive productivity, engagement, and retention, while guiding a team of HR professionals to deliver effective HR services and business partnership.
