Three years ago OLX created a Technical Program Management discipline to manage the portfolio of OLX Group programs across all its business units and provide global visibility to leadership. This team will provide hands-on program management when product delivery and integration span organizational boundaries. Additionally, this team owns and leads programs with global scope for compliance, security, or operations that transcend any single business unit. We create the mechanisms for governance, ways of working, and prioritization across the Group.
