Overview The Department of Social Work at Utah State University (USU) invites applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure-track or clinical) located at the Logan Campus. This position represents an important opportunity to join a dynamic, statewide social work program committed to preparing advanced generalist practitioners who address complex individual, family, organizational, and community challenges across diverse settings. USU’s Social Work programs (BSW and MSW) are grounded in a generalist and advanced generalist framework that integrates case-to-cause practice models, emphasizes systems-level thinking, and prioritizes ethical, strengths-based, and inclusive approaches to practice.
