Summary of Role: We are seeking a highly collaborative Commercial Legal Counsel to support our Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The Counsel will be part of the EMEA legal and business affairs team, focusing heavily on high-volume commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation and providing strategic and operational legal counsel across all areas of our business in EMEA, including content, digital marketing, advertising, technology, and data initiatives.
