Location: New York (Home Based), Hybrid In this position, you’ll be based in the New York office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. We give you a world of potential To lead and manage the regional Facilities team across North America being accountable for strategic corporate real estate portfolio management, property asset management, CAPEX and OPEX budget management, key senior stakeholder management, operational facilities management including legislative compliance, manage third-party providers such as landlords, contractors, and consultants, and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) providers.
