Job description

Position Overview The Sr Service Administration Specialist, ES will support the Endoscopy business unit by administering all service-related functions for ES Capital Equipment, from the time of installation to the time that the equipment is sent inhouse for repairs. This position will have oversight for processes including, but not limited to, collection of installation documents, execution of Point of Purchase (POP) service contracts, and distribution and follow up of Time & Material (T&M) estimates for final authorization. The Senior ES Service Administrator specialist will review and track service contract renewals of existing Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) customers and will work closely with the sales team by providing analysis for non-contract customers and to advise of any possible upcoming terminations and renewals for business generation opportunities.
