Job description

We’re seeking a Director, Learning Development to design the strategy, build and deliver high impact‑ learning experiences for our leaders, and scale a cohesive capability-building system that strengthens team member impact across the company. The selected individual won't just run programs; you’ll design, launch, and scale the learning initiatives that define our team member experience as we grow. We need a forward-thinking strategist; someone who builds with scalability in mind, pairing deep empathy with the resourceful problem-solving skills required to drive results in an evolving landscape - Design & Execute a Learning Strategy: Evolve our company-wide learning and build our development roadmap that supports growth, engagement, and capability building. - Partner with our Talent Management team, Leadership and People Mangers to assess our current state of learning through needs assessment and comprehensive review of data to drive a learning environment that supports our team members. - Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex knowledge into actionable learning; iterate on solutions through stakeholder socialization and feedback loops. - Leverage adult lea...
