APM Terminals The People Operations Partner supports the delivery of People services for Business Implementation (BIM) with a global function within our COO organization. The role combines elements of People Advisory, HR Operations, and operational partnership with the Senior People Business Partner for their function in scope (BIM). The People Operations Partner supports managers and employees within their function across the staffing process globally, provides organizational link between ongoing growth projects, helps to ensure staffing plans and associated administrative processes are executed in a timely manner. The role plays a key part in ensuring consistent People practices, operational effectiveness, and a strong employee experience within the supported BIM function.
