As we chart a course to our exciting next chapter, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Nearshore Account Manager to join our fantastic Customer Success team! The Role: As an Account Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success, driving retention, and fostering account growth. You will manage a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize the value of CoPilot AI’s platform while identifying opportunities for expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do: Manage Customer Relationships : Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
