Job Description: The Growth Manager plays a central role in driving growth and supporting new business initiatives across the organization. This role contributes to demand generation efforts and provides strategic support for RFIs, pitch development, and marketing execution. The position collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and teams across Practice Areas to deliver high-impact campaigns and materials. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Enablement: · Support cross-functional teams with RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives. · Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify new opportunities and centralize growth efforts. · Coordinate with lead-gen team to create outreach campaigns to accelerate growth opportunities. · Support in the vetting and qualification for inbound opportunities with background research. · Develop integrated pitch processes, playbooks and templates to operationalize our cross-practice ways of working.
