HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season. As our Global Para Sports Manager (m/f/d) , you will lead HYROX’s ParaSports horizontally, holding full strategic ownership of classification systems, pathways, rules, and governance. Your mission is to professionalize ParaSports at scale, aligning it with international Olympic/Paralympic frameworks and ensuring seamless integration across all HYROX verticals. This is an ideal role for a leader capable of driving long-term system change and participation growth, serving as the global champion for our Para community.
