We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Vehicle Engineering Manager to lead our Concepts & Advanced Engineering activities. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping future vehicle programmes at their earliest and most influential stages, translating bold ideas into technically robust, feasible and competitive vehicle concepts. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of innovation and delivery, driving the definition of vehicle architectures and influencing the future direction of our product portfolio. The Opportunity: As Vehicle Engineering Manager, you will lead early-phase vehicle development from concept through to programme readiness. You will be responsible for defining vehicle architectures, establishing package layouts, and setting clear targets for mass, cost and performance. Working at the front end of the product lifecycle, you will ensure that new concepts are not only innovative, but also achievable within real-world engineering, manufacturing and regulatory constraints.
