What Drives Success: Under general supervision, evaluates and processes basic warranty claims and product registrations. Supports customers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. - Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration. - Reviews less complex warranty claims independently. - Efficiently handles simpler, routine special projects and reports - Refers more complex situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation. - Able to meet SLA requirements.
