Job Summary: The Assistant Account Manager works under the direction of the Account Manager II or Account Manager I to serve and interact with customers, prepare orders for production, and perform other clerical support. Basic Qualifications: Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – 40 hours/week - Minimum high school diploma or GED along with some customer service experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Must possess a capacity and willingness to learn a variety of computer software applications including, but not limited to, order entry and job ticket systems. - Pro...
