Your mission Your job is to transform business requirements into practical solutions. You develop entirely new, AI-powered workflows from scratch, testing, experimenting and improving them as you go. You use the tools that best fit the needs of our organisation. You organise your work independently based on goals and priorities, not on a ticket backlog. As the first hire in our team, you will work closely with the Director of AI & Digital Ecosystems. Together, we will build the AI tool stack of Impossible Founders. Within the first three months, we will set up a functional AI stack for two to three clearly defined use cases that demonstrate internal value and can be transferred to our start-ups.
