As a Shop Manager Technician, you will perform a range of maintenance services on company vehicles, including buses, vans, and service vehicles. Responsibilities: - Starting: $28-$34 depending on experience - ASE Training & Incentive Program - Team-based Work Environment - Comprehensive Benefits Package (Vacation, Holidays, etc.) - Boot Allowance - 401K Match - Continued Learning Opportunities - Leads team on performing maintenance services on company vehicles, including buses, vans, and service vehicles - Collaborate with team members for scheduling repairs and services - Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring safety and operation - Focus on preventive maintenance procedures and minor defect repairs Job Duties: - Learn and use our maintenance tracking system to complete work orders and stay compliant on scheduled services. - Performs thorough, accurate Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) - Follows schedule to complete all required PM maintenance operations including lubrication, fluid changes, brake adjustments, and tire rotation. - With direction from the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, performs unscheduled maintenance as needed such as DVIR repairs. - Must be able to utiliz...
