Material Flow Supervisor (2nd shift) Within our growing business, the operations supervisor is responsible for engaging their team and providing daily planning, guidance and supervision to direct reports. This leader will supervise fabrication operations on 1st shift at our Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant. They will drive improvements within the departments while maintaining records of all pertinent documentation. This role may also manage additional manufacturing and warehouse processes.
