We’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Mortgages team and play a key role in driving ING’s Originations transformation. Are you ready to make an impact? In this pivotal role, you’ll help define and shape the requirements and solutions that will transform the way we deliver mortgage originations across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large‑scale transformation program, ensuring that business requirements are fit for purpose, aligned to our strategic vision, and articulated in a way that resonates with both business and technical audiences. Your day‑to‑day will see you leading workshops with stakeholders across the business, technology teams and external vendors to capture, analyse and document complex information. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity—consolidating large amounts of data into clear, succinct artefacts such as customer journeys, process maps and user stories. These deliverables will guide our delivery squads as they build the APIs, micro‑services and systems that power the future of our mortgage experience.
