Job description

The Student Leadership Coordinator is responsible for advising and supporting the residence hall student leadership structure, including the United Residence Halls Council (URHC) and the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) chapter. This role provides leadership development, organizational advising, program support, and administrative oversight to ensure that student-led initiatives enhance the residential experience. The coordinator works closely with Residence Life staff, student leaders, and campus partners to develop programs, leadership opportunities, and engagement initiatives that strengthen community and student success within the residential environment. ADVISING: - Serve as the primary advisor for URHC and NRHH, supporting executive boards in leadership development and organizational operations - Attend weekly executive board meetings and general body meetings for both organizations.
