About the Role Reporting to the General Manager - Food Can, this role leads the national quality, food safety and compliance strategy across Visy’s Food Can network. You will ensure consistent product quality that meets customer, regulatory and internal standards. Working across multiple sites, you’ll partner with operations, technical teams and customers to drive structured problem solving, continuous improvement and standardised quality systems. This role is key to strengthening customer relationships and improving overall manufacturing performance. There is future opportunity to lead a national quality team, including site-based Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead national quality, food safety and compliance across Food Can network - Act as key customer quality interface for audits, complaints and technical support - Ensure compliance with FSSC22000, HACCP, ISO and regulatory standards - Standardise quality systems and Change Management - Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions across sites and customers - Use data and reporting to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality perfo...
