Philz is looking for a Warehouse Manage r to lead our team and keep our warehouse running smoothly from receiving through fulfillment and delivery. This role is hands- on— you’ll manage people, processes, and systems to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and aligned with safety and quality standards in a food production environment. You’ll partner closely with Supply Chain, Retail, and Wholesale teams while driving continuous improvement, maintaining inventory accuracy, and building a strong, accountable team on the warehouse floor. This position is based in Oakland, CA.
