Emphasis will be on training devoted to the Department’s investigative and forensic mission, team building, resolving group and organizational conflict, and designing plans for organization change and implementation of change strategies. Training will also be designed to help individuals assess personal competencies, values, and goals and to plan/implement career strategies.
