BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors. Position Summary: BB&E is seeking a detailed-oriented Petroleum Oils & Lubricants (POL) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide support to NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston TX. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a comprehensive POL program that ensures all aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), underground storage tanks (USTs), and miscellaneous POL units at NASA, Johnson Space Center are permitted, authorized, controlled, and managed in compliance with all federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, permit conditions, and NASA-specific requirements where applicable. - Prepare and maintain SPCC plans, tank registrations, SPCC certifications, technical amendments, standard reviews, other permit applications, renewals, and revisions in accordance wi...
